While all dimensions of wellness need our attention for us to really flourish, there doesn’t need to be a balance among all dimensions. Instead, the goal is to seek out a private harmony with the size that is most authentic for you. You can’t get there passively, it requires active awareness, acceptance, and commitment through choices you create a day regardless of how small.

Spiritual: This is related to your values and beliefs that help you find meaning and purpose in your life. It consists of the way people try to set certain beliefs, principles, or values that help give direction to their lives. it is based on a high level of faith, hope, and commitment to individual beliefs that provide a sense of meaning and purpose.

Intellectual Wellness: This is when you recognize your unique talents to be creative and you seek out ways to use your knowledge and skills. It is an optimal knowledge to process learning, solve problems, and making decisions to manage your life. It helps to be ready for new ideas, critical thinkings, and learn new skills. It is the process of discovering and exploring the world.

Financial: s a feeling of satisfaction with your financial situation. finances are a standard stressor for people, so having the ability to attenuate worry about this aspect of your life can enhance your overall wellness.

Environmental: This is related to people’s awareness of the unstable and changeable state of the earth and the effects of their daily habits on the physical environment. It consists of maintaining a way of life that maximizes harmony with the earth and minimizes harm to the environment.social: is related to the relationship people have with their environment and community. It emphasizes the connection with others and having a healthy and supportive relationship with others.

Occupational: the occupational dimension refers to people’s satisfaction and enrichment through work. It is based on the use of innate gifts, skills, and talents in order to gain purpose happiness, and enrichment.

Emotional: Is biased on self-care, relaxation, stress reduction, and the way people develop their inner strength. Also, it deals with the ability to distinguish between both positive and negative feelings and be able to understand how to handle these emotions.
